To give it to you straight, I am a life-long traveler and AV geek.While I am a Texas native (shoutout to Austin, circa 80s/90s),
I haven't spent much time there!In my short time on this beautiful planet, I've planted my feet in 30 countries, 45 US States, lived in Asia for 11 years, worked on cruise ships in the Caribbean, and been a flight attendant. It shouldn't come as a surprise that I currently work in aviation!I love everything about travel: the mainstream and the off-beat, luxury hotels, boutique guesthouses and hostels, and especially the camaraderie found among others. I love airplanes and seat maps. Business class and basic economy (just kidding!).I love the world of points and miles and spend hours searching for super fare deals across airline sites and points currency aggregators. In the past few years, I've earned millions of points and redeemed most of them on world travel for my family and me - saving us tens of thousands of $$$.I live in Plano, TX and am building this community of travelers & wanderers who want both bang for their buck and a local traveling tribe to belong to.
